Each year we anxiously await the holiday season to offer our unforgettable panettone.

What makes it unforgettable? A moist delicious dough flavored with orange blossom water and malt.

To this unforgettable dough, we add a lot of the best: lots of almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, raisins and candied orange peel. We then shape this dough into round individual loaves and let them rise gently and naturally.

Before baking them, we decorate them with our exclusive almond crust.
