The cantucci or cantuccini are relatives of the biscotti. They are also baked twice and are also a traditional Italian cookie. Our cantucci are slightly smaller than our biscotti and a little softer.

We bake three types of cantucci:

Cantucci mandorle e uva passa: These are made with almonds and raisins. The have a slight hint of spices which make them an ideal companion to a nice cup of tea.

Cantucci cioccolato alle noci: These cantucci have a dark chocolate dough filled with walnuts. The walnuts are slightly roasted during the second baking giving this traditional chocolate walnut combination a very special flavor.

Cantucci nocciola e cioccolato: These cantucci have chocolate chunks and hazelnuts. We love hazelnuts, and we find it so hard to find cookies with hazelnuts that we have decided to make them ourselves. These are dedicated to those that love hazelnuts and love gianduia (hazelnut-chocolate mix) as much as we do.
